... Well not quite.

School starts in ... 8 days.

HIGH SCHOOL.

... I have gotten ... err.. advice... from people who have already been to the high school here. Apparently there's a lot of... stealing out of people's lockers.. drugs.. bomb threats [none of them have been serious as far as I'm concerned, but it's still a scary thought.]

So I'm not worried at all that I have all the advanced classes that "will be a lot of extra work" as my dad said. Even so, I'm not about to give up on them after he spent a week convincing them to PUT me in those classes. Yeah.. Not worried about the academics. Just the social atmosphere. Not about being made fun of. About physical mishaps.

Tomorrow is the students' orientation. The bus picks us up at 8:30. I'm guessing we'll get our schedules then... And I really hope I get some classes with my friends, because even though we're more than likely going to move in the middle of the school year, I don't know if I can survive even half a year without them. >3>;

Oh and I still haven't read A Tale of Two Cities.. which I NEED to finish AND have notes on by MONDAY the first day of school. I figured if I read 70 or so pages every day from today until Friday, I'll be finished, and have Saturday and Sunday to take the notes. As Tar has said, they are particularly grueling.


Anyway, disregarding high school.


Seeing as I have refused to pick up a pencil for the past few days, even though I'm over it now, I seem to have a bit of a... block.

Ha.. Even though I can pick up a pencil and I have all these idears, it won't seem to.. connect with the paper. xD

I am sincerely sorry that I never get prizes and such finished, but like everyone else in the world I have my hands full getting ready for school and all that.
